Our team will prepare a not-to-exceed price:
Once we've gathered the necessary information, we'll prepare a detailed preliminary budget with a not-to-exceed price for your project.
Because every homesite and home design is unique, this process may take up to two weeks, particularly for projects with custom features or complex site conditions.
We're not satisfied until you are satisfied.
We'll walk through the pricing, scope, and specifications together. Once you're comfortable moving forward, we'll prepare the sales agreement and begin the exciting process of bringing your new home to life.
1-Year Warranty
Paint and Drywall
We give you a full year to have us back for any nail pops, drywall cracks, or caulking that needs attention. Schedule it any time in year one.
Years 1 and 2
Mechanical Systems
All mechanical systems are covered, including Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical, for the first two years. Your home works the way it should, guaranteed.
Years 3 through 10
Structural Warranty
PDR is backed by Quality Builders Warranty and has a 10 year structural warranty on every home we build. You're protected for the long haul.
