After your closing, you'll work with QBW and PDR Homes for any warranty service needs. The process is clear, the coverage is real, and the backing of Liberty Mutual means your investment is protected long after move-in day.

How Your Warranty Works
At closing, your QBW warranty documentation is transferred to you. This is your official coverage effective date and the start of your 10-year protection period.

QBW provides a detailed warranty book outlining what's covered, for how long, and the process for submitting service requests. Read it thoroughly to understand your warranty.
For all warranty service requests, QBW and PDR Homes will manage the process from submission through resolution, with clear timelines and accountability.
3. Work Directly with QBW
We don't disappear after closing. Our team remains a resource to you throughout your warranty period and beyond. We stand behind what we build.
