Every PDR Homes new build comes protected by a comprehensive 10-year warranty through Quality Builders Warranty (QBW), the nation's premier provider of structural warranty coverage for new homes.
QBW is selective about who they partner with. They only work with builders who demonstrate consistent integrity, quality craftsmanship, and accountability. We're proud to be one of them.
After your closing, you'll work with QBW and PDR Homes for any warranty service needs. The process is clear, the coverage is real, and the backing of Liberty Mutual means your investment is protected long after move-in day.
What's Covered
Walkthrough
120-Day Walkthrough
At 120 days post-closing, we reach back out to address any items that may have come up, like doors that need adjusting, floors settling, squeaks. We stay with you well after move-in.
1-Year Warranty
Paint and Drywall
We give you a full year to have us back for any nail pops, drywall cracks, or caulking that needs attention. Schedule it any time in year one.
Years 1 and 2
Mechanical Systems
All mechanical systems are covered, including Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical, for the first two years. Your home works the way it should, guaranteed.
Years 3 through 10
Structural Warranty
PDR is backed by Quality Builders Warranty and has a 10 year structural warranty on every home we build. You're protected for the long haul.
How Your Warranty Works
At closing, your QBW warranty documentation is transferred to you. This is your official coverage effective date and the start of your 10-year protection period.
1. Close on Your Home
QBW provides a detailed warranty book outlining what's covered, for how long, and the process for submitting service requests. Read it thoroughly to understand your warranty.
For all warranty service requests, QBW and PDR Homes will manage the process from submission through resolution, with clear timelines and accountability.
3. Work Directly with QBW
We don't disappear after closing. Our team remains a resource to you throughout your warranty period and beyond. We stand behind what we build.
