We walk you through site selection and floor plan customization, financing and permitting, construction milestones and final inspections, so you always know where you are, what's coming, and who to call. No surprises. No runaround. Just a straightforward path to the home you've been envisioning.

PHASE 1 - BEFORE YOU BREAK GROUND

Step 1

Meet the Team & Sign the Contract

You'll sit down with Tina Poss to walk through our floor plans, decide which structural options are the right fit, and review your complete contract with clear pricing. No surprises built in.

Step 2

Make Your Selections

Once a plan is chosen, you'll select all the finishing touches that make it yours. This includes flooring, tile, light fixtures, plumbing, and more. Our team is here to help at each step.

Step 3

Pre Construction Meeting

Before a shovel hits the ground, you'll meet at the office and on site with Project Manager Cody Hayes to walk through how your home will be built and confirm every option and selection you made.

Step 4

Pre Drywall Meeting

Cody will walk you through your new home before the sheetrock goes up. This confirms locations of outlets, cabinet layout, and gives you an opportunity to see behind the walls​.

PHASE 2 - COMPLETION AND BEYOND

Step 5

Pre Settlement
Demonstration

Before you close, Cody walks you through your completed home, explains how everything works, and addresses cosmetic items so you feel truly ready to move in.

Step 6

Pre Closing
Walkthrough

On closing day, Cody meets you at the house one final time, ensuring every cosmetic item was addressed, doors and floors close properly, and you walk away with total peace of mind.

Step 7

120 Day
Walkthrough

At 120 days post-closing, we reach back out to address any items that may have come up, like doors that need adjusting, floors settling, squeaks. We stay with you well after move-in.

Paint and Drywall

We give you a full year to have us back for any nail pops, drywall cracks, or caulking that needs attention. Schedule it any time in year one.

Mechanical Systems

All mechanical systems are covered, including Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical, for the first two years. Your home works the way it should, guaranteed.​
