Daysville View Estates in Walkersville, Maryland, is completely sold out. Every lot is spoken for. Every home is built or underway. That community is done, and the families who bought there are settling into something genuinely special.

What Made Daysville View Different
Daysville View is a limited subdivision on Daysville Road in Walkersville, a quiet, charming part of Frederick County that a lot of people drive through without realizing how good it is to actually live there.
The lots ran from 2.5 to 4 acres. Real land, where you can walk out your back door and actually breathe. Pastoral views in every direction, about 10 minutes from Frederick, and a pace of life that's hard to find anymore at any price point. We had homes starting in the low $800s, and for what buyers got, the space, the setting, the quality of construction, we thought that was a great deal.
What It Took to Get There
We're a small team, and we take that seriously. Daysville View was a true boutique community. Every house got our full attention. Cody and the crew were on-site constantly. Pat was checking in regularly. We held the line on quality the same way we do on every job. That's the right way to build, and the buyers who went through the process with us know the difference.
Tina Poss at Verdant Realty, who led sales for the community, was incredible throughout. Her knowledge of Frederick County real estate is hard to match, and her ability to connect the right buyers with the right homes made the whole thing work the way it should.
The lessons we learned at Daysville View, specifically learning and responding to what buyers asked for, what they valued most, what made them confident enough to sign, help inform management and development in our other communities: Americus Manor, Elkridge Run, and Spring Bank.
Where We're Building Now
If you missed Daysville View and you're kicking yourself a little, we get it. But there's still time to be part of what we're building next. Americus Manor in Middletown has lot and house packages starting in the mid-$800s on some really beautiful ground. Spring Bank in Frederick has townhomes starting in the mid-$400s. And Elkridge Run is coming together in a great location with more to be announced soon.
